Grama's Flax Seed Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour1 1/2 cups ground Flax Seed3/4 cup Brown Sugar1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon2 cups milk1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lightly grease a muffin pan with shortening or vegetable oil, or use paper muffin cups. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Mix all ingredients, stir until well mixed. Fill muffin cups or greased cups about ¾ full.

Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
