Ingredients
2 cups carrots2 bell peppers2 cups mushrooms2/3 cup chicken broth (low sodium)1 packet each of Ranch dressing and Pesto sauce mixi can Ortega Fire Roasted Chiles8 chicken thighs1 bag (10oz) Lacinto Kale
Directions
put everything in to the crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours
