Ingredients
10 11-Inch Flour Tortillas8 oz Sour Cream, Reduced Fat1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Reduced Fat1/2 c. Celery, Chopped1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper, Chopped1/2 c. Spring Onion, Chopped1/2 c. Black Olives, Chopped
Directions
Mix sour cream and dip mix.
Mix celery, pepper, onion and black olives.
Lay one tortilla on wax paper and spread with 1/10 of sour cream mixture.
Spread 1/10 of mixed vegetables and cheese on tortillia.
Roll up and cover with rolled wax paper.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Refridgerate 8 hrs. Cut into 3/4 inch circles. Ends will not be as pretty but still taste as good.

Substitute reduced fat cream cheese for sour cream if you prefer.

    I thought the Hidden Valley Ranch made the spread a bit salty. I would only use half the packet next time. Despite this, my party guests ate it up. It made a good appetizer. - 1/5/08
