Turkey Sausage Scramble

Ingredients
Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 fl oz (remove)1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove)Eggs - Scrambled - 1 Large Egg, 7 serving (remove)Eckrich Skinless Turkey Smoked Sausage (2 oz serving), 8 serving (remove)*Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove)Cooked Onion, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Saute' sausage in large skillet until browned. Add onion, peppers and sauté until cooked. Scramble eggs with the milk and add to sausage mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. A little red pepper makes a nice change. Cook until done and serve with some cheddar cheese sprinkled over top on plate.
