Healthy Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients
1 cup watert teaspoon vanilla extract1 cinnamon stick1 star anise pod2 cloves1 cup qunioa flakes2 tablespoons almond meal
Directions
Bring to boil water with 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 star anise pod and 2 cloves. Remove from heat, then, add quinoa flakes simmer 20 minutes them add 1 cup of coconut milk. In 5 minutes add 2 T of honey, almond meal.
