Creamy kale soup

Ingredients
2 bunches kale (roughly chopped)3 cups cauliflower (roughly chopped)1 medium onion (roughly chopped)2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)3 clove garlic1.5 tsp saltBlack pepper to taste2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil4 oz goat cheese2 cups 2% milk
Directions
Sauté veggies in olive oil over medium heat for 5 min
Add chicken broth and seasonings
Bring to a boil then simmer until soft (about 15-20 min)
Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly
Purée in blender to desired consistency
Add goat cheese and milk
Return to heat but do not boil, heat to desired temperature.
