Strawberry-Banana Icy (Smoothie) Non-Dairy

* 1 Banana (peeled) * 1 cups Strawberries (tops removed) * 3 cups of ice * 1/6 cup Water * 1/6 cup Carrots, raw, *optional * 6 tbs Granulated Sugar, *optionalAdd all ingredients into a blender, add a tray of ice cubes (or about 3 cups of ice). The amount of ice can be changed- less ice makes more flavor, more ice makes more of an icy taste. Blend smooth and enjoy. Main ingredients (strawberries and bananas can be substituted), kiwi, peeled grapes, peeled and cored apples, just strawberries and so forth can be used in this recipe. If mixture is too icy add a bit more water, if it is to watery add a bit more ice. If carrots are not added it is recommended that more sugar is added, and if sugar is not added more carrots are added. However, this is subject to taste. Therefore, the amounts should be added slowly and tested.
