Brown Rice with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 c. brown rice (uncooked)1 cup low sodium chicken broth1/4 cup sliced mushrooms6 large scallions7 grams Almond Accents (any flavor, optional)
Directions
Cook mushrooms and rice until rice is soft. Slice scallions, heat quickly in a small amount of butter with almonds. Mix with rice and enjoy.
