Ramen Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 package Ramen noodles (I chose chicken)1 egg1 slice American cheese2/3 cup frozen mixed veggies (I just guess on amount)water
Directions
Put frozen veggies, ramen and seasoning in a medium sized saucepan. Add water to cover with a little extra (depending on how soupy you want it). Cook on medium-high until noodles are soft. Remove from heat. Add egg, stirring constantly (you want the egg to break up as it cooks, not clump up). Add cheese and stir to melt. Enjoy!
