Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Almond Flour 1/2 cup Unflavored whey protein powder1 TBSP Erythritol Sweetener2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum)6 ounces Dannon Greek Plain (non-fat) yogurt6 TBSP. Butter, Lucerne Unsalted Sweet Cream4 large eggs 6 TBSP. Almond Milk
Directions
Add dry ingredients; mix and set aside.

Beat yogurt and butter together until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add mixed dry ingredient and beat until well combined. Add almond milk and beat until thoroughly combined.

Spread batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a pre-heated 325° oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
