Banana bread

Ingredients
2 Eggs1 Stick of butter, softened3/4 C Brown Sugar3 Over-ripe bananas2 C sifted flour 2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1-2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pure vanilla extract.5 C Milk (lowfat) Nuts (optional, i sometimes do a brown sugar/nuts mix and just crumble it on top)chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together softened butter & sugar, add eggs & vanilla, mix until creamy. Add bananas one at a time, add all dry ingredients, alternating with the milk until everything is blended well. You can fold in any optional toppings you want. Bake in a 9x5 loaf pan for about an hour, or in mini loaf pans for 30-35 minutes or until fork comes clean.
