Black Bean Chicken Stew

Ingredients
Fresh or Frozen Yellow Sweet Corn, 1 cupGarlic (fresh, raw, 3 clove)Green Onion (fresh-3 stalks)Potato, red, 1 cup cubedBeans, black, 1 cup Celery - fresh 1 stalk chopped Oregano, ground or fresh, 1 tspCumin - ground (1 tsp)Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 2 cup (homemade is best)2 skinless chicken breast 21 tbsp of olive oil Sea SaltPepper
Directions
Chop chicken into cubed pieces season with salt and pepper to your liking.

In a large pot heat oil. Then saute chicken, green onions, garlic, celery, until chicken is done. Add broth, potatoes, corn, black beans and spices including a little more salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender to your liking!
