Lemon slice

Ingredients
2 cups of ground almonds1 egg2-3 tbspns of xylitol or raw goney1/2 cup of arrowroot flour1/2 cup of coconut oil or buttertopping4 eggs1/4 cup of xylitol or raw honey1/2 cup of lemon juice1/4 cup of arrowroot
Directions
Blend base ingredients togehter on processor. Push into slice tin. Cook at 180 for 10 - 15 mins until golden.
Blend together topping ingredients in processor till smooth. Pour over base and cook for 30 minutes at 160. Could put fresh raspberries into topping if you like.
