Ingredients
Lentils, 4 cup Vegetable Broth, 4 cup *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Garlic, 3 clove Green Beans (snap), 1 cup *ground tumeric, 2 tsp *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
Add lentils, broth and potato - cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook until soft. Serve over brown rice.
