Whole Wheat Pancakes, No Sugar

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour2 cups skim milk2 tbsp white vinegar (or cider vinegar) 1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 large eggs1/4 cup margarine, melted2 tbsp apple juice concentrate
Directions
Mix milk and vinegar together, let stand for 5 minutes until curdled. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl; add milk mixture. Blend wet and dry until a few lumps remain. Pour half-cup batter onto griddle/frying pan, cook until brown on both sides. Serve w/ Joseph's sugar free syrup.
