Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Peach Preserve, 1 tbsp Hellman's (Lite) Half the Fat Mayonaisse, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic powderdash of rosemary
Directions
Make a garni of celery and onion slices

Set chicken on celery and onions
mix the peach preserves, mayonaisse, soy sauce, garlic and spread over chicken

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
