Crock Pot Country Style Boneless Ribs

2- lbs pork shoulder boneless ribs1-large onion(Quartered and diced to 1/4" pieces)1/3-cup low sodium soy sauce1/2-cup ketchup1-ybsp yellow mustard3-tbsp brown sugar substitute1-tsp bottled minced garlic1/4-tsp ground black pepper2-tbsp cider vinegar1-tsp celery seed
Brown pork shoulder ribs in a non stick pan on all sides. Place into the crock pot and top with the diced onions.Combine the rest of the ingredients in the same pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour over onions and ribs. Cook on high for five hours. After that you can either shed with a fork(bbq pulled pork) or eat as whole ribs.
