Dairy-free Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
400ml coconut milk25g raw, shredded coconut100g frozen blueberries, thawed1T molasses (can substitute other sweetener, molasses is my favourite sweetener)1 medium banana1T vanilla extract
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in food processor. Place in freezer until set.
