Salmon Patties

Ingredients
*Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp*Egg, fresh, 1 large*Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed* Garlic 1 TBS* 3 TBS water
Directions
Drain salmon. Place into a bowl with all listed ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Spray non stick pan with pam. Measure patties using 1/2 cup. It will make 4 patties. Place formed patties into pan and cook until browned on both sides.

Serve over rice
