1lb Ground Turkey1 large can or 2 small cans of chili beans4 medium tomatoes diced, or two cans of diced tomatoes1 cup diced onion2 stalks celery diced1 med. green pepper dicedChili powder to tasteV8 1 1/2 cupsWater 1 1/2 cups
Dice tomatoes, onion, celery, and green pepper. In a large pot brown turkey with onion, pepper, celery and chili powder. Add diced tomatoes and 1/2 large can of V8 and can of chili beans undrained. Add water to desired soupiness and add chili powder to desired spiciness. Heat through and let simmer until you eat.
