Crockpot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
whole pre cooked seasoned rotisserie chicken2 cups fresh green beans chopped 1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery
Directions
Debone chicken and shred. Set shredded chicken in refrigerator until ready to use.

Put chicken bones and skin in crockpot with 7 cups of water. Cook on low for 5 hours.

After 5 hours remove bones and skin from broth.

Add celery, green beans, carrots and shredded chicken to stock and cook for 1 hour.

Serving Size: makes 8 2-cup servings
