Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspSoy Sauce, 1 tbspBrown Sugar, 0.5 tsp unpackedSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dashBean Sprouts, Raw Mung, 2 cupBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or dicedCarrots, raw, 1 mediumGarlic, 2 cloveSpring onion, 2 serving
Directions
1. Stir-fry garlic and spring onion.
2. Add carrots and broccoli, and stir-fry.
3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and bean shoots. Stir and warm through.
4. Serve immediately.
