Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
2lbs extra lean ground beef1 medium onion chopped1 Pepper choppedAny chili seasoning packet (i prefer 2 alarm chili packets)2 cans red kidney beans drained1 can Navy beans1 TBSP EVOO 1 8oz can tomato sauce2 TBSP brown sugar
Directions
Brown the meat and drain. Saute the onion and pepper in the EVOO. Put the meat, onion, peppers, chili seasoning, tomato sauce and 1 cup water in the slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours on low.

Add beans (drained) and cook for another 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1.5 cup servings
