Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
6 large bell peppers1 lb. lean ground beef, browned2 tbsp minced onion1 tsp salt1/8 tsp garlic powder2 cups cooked rice15 oz can tomato sauce3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cup peppers to remove seeds. Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese. Stuff mixture into peppers. Place into slow cooker. Cover and cook 6-8 hour on low or 3-4 hour on high. Sprinkle with cheese during the last 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings
