Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
2 Doz eggs (16 whites and 8 whole)fresh spinach- bag or 5oz containerturkey bacon-8 stripstomatoes-2mozzarella, par skim-3 oz spices-garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepperPam or butter to coat dish
Directions
Preheat oven 400. Coat 9x13 dish with Pam or butter. Into dish, add 16 egg whites and 8 whole eggs. Scramble. Add spinach, shredded mozzarella, diced tomatoes, chopped turkey bacon and spices. Mix well. Top with sliced tomatoes and reserved cheese. Cover tight with foil. Bake for 40 min. Remove foil and bake another 10 min at 420.
