Polenta Upma

Ingredients
*All Natural Stone Ground Yellow Corn Meal, 1 cupSalt, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Hot green chilies (1 chili), 1 serving *Green Giant Garden Vegetable Medley (Frozen)Brown mustard seeds 1 tspchopped onion .5 cup
Directions
Heat oil in a sauce pan and add mustard seeds and green chili. When seeds pop add onions and saute till soft.
Add frozen vegetables and salt and cover and steam till vegetables are soft. Add water and yogurt and bring it to a boil. Add corn meal stirring slowly to make it smooth. When it comes to bubble cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
