Apple Oaties

Ingredients
3 eggs1/3 cup veggie oil2 cups Quaker oats1 cup flour2 large golden delicious apples4 tablespoons of cinamond2 cups of spelnda (baking kind)1 cup of Almond milk1 tsp Baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients first, then create a well in middle of bowl crack eggs into it, the add oil and almond milk, mix all together. Spoon mixture into greased cupcake tin or into cupcake papers. Put in preheated oven and let bake for 15-20 minutes or until fork comes out clean . Let cool for 2-5 minutes, if storing, make sure to cool completely.
