Vegan Cabbage Casserole-High Protein

Ingredients
1 15oz can beef broth/stock1/2 can tomato sauce16oz TVP1.75 pounds chopped cabbage
Directions
Mix cabbage, TVP & sauce together in casserole dish. Pour beef stock on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered. Stir, recover and bake an additional 30 min.
