Baked Potato Baskets

Ingredients
4 potatoes2 Tbsp I can't believe it's not butter
Directions
Pre-heat oven 450. Shred potatoes with cheese grater, pat dry, season to taste then take napkin and use to distribute 2 Tbsp of I can't believe it's not butter or similar and grease 12 cupcake tins, put hand full of potatoes in tin but don't stuff, then let bake until golden brown on top, normally 10-15 min.
