Scrambled eggs with spicy kabanos

Ingredients
Two Eggs, beaten.50g Spicy Kabanos1/4 yellow onion, minced
Directions
chop the kabanos into thin slices, drop them into a hot non-stick pan, the fat will render-out and lubricate the pan.

Once the fat has rendered out, put the onion in the pan, reduce heat to medium, and let the onion soften.

Once the onion is soft, add the eggs, scraping the pan with a silicone spatula forming large curds. If the egg is cooking too-quickly, remove the pan from the heat periodically.
