Avocado Pico Salad

Ingredients
2 Avocados8 Medium sized Roma (plum) tomatoes chopped1 Regular tomato chopped1 Cup of chopped onion 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 or 2 chopped jalapeno peppersGarlic about 6 to 8 tablespoons or to your tastecilantro chopped about 8 tablespoons Lime juice to taste about the juice of 1 limesalt to taste
Directions
Set the avocados aside do not peel until ready to use
Chop all the vegetables and mix together with the salt and lime juice
you can add more or less jalapeno according to taste
You should let this mixure chill at least an hour
then Clean your avocados cut in half and serve the tomato mixture over the top
