Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cup flour1.5 cups sugar.5 tsp. baking soda.5 tsp. baking powder.5 tsp. salt1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice2 eggs1 cup pumpkin.5 cup vanilla yogurt (or sour cream)Raisins, if desired
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients, then stir into dry mixture. Pout into baking pans.

Regular loaf pan - bake about 60 minutes
Mini loaf pans (makes 2) - bake about 30 minutes
Muffin tins - bake about 20 minutes
