Cinnamon apple oaties

Ingredients
2 apple2 cups Quaker oats (food processed into flour)1/2 cup white flour1 cup Splenda6 Tablespoons of cinnamond4 tablespoons of I can't believe it's not butter3 eggs1/3 cup of canola oil or 1 cup applesauce1 cup almond milk
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. First use bullet or food processor to blend oats into flour.
Now mix oat flour, white flour, baking powder, 2/3 of the Splenda and half of cinnamon into one bowl
Melt the butter into small microwave safe bowl, mix in half the cinnamon and rest of Splenda and set aside.
Now stir in eggs, almond milk and cinnamon/butter mixture until completely mixed, then fill greased or nonstick cupcake tin half full and bake for 15-25 min.

Serving Size: Make 12 cupcake size portions
