1 cup cooked chicken, diced2 Tbsp. Smart Balance Light Spread3/4 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. ground black pepper6 Tbsp. coconut flour + 3 Tbsp. extra chicken broth3/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1. Melt Smart Balance spread, add in onion powder, salt and pepper.
2. Stir in coconut flour and 3 tbsp. chicken broth and cook for a minute or two.
3. Add in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add in almond milk and simmer until it thickens, about 12-15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups
