Lemon Dill Chicken Breast

Ingredients
chicken breastmushroomswhite winelemonpastafresh garlic to tastedill seed
Directions
Brown chicken breast after splitting in half the long way. Add mushrooms and garlic. Slowly add 2 cups white wine and 1 full tsp. of dill seed. Let simmer until chicken is tender and done. Squeeze lemon juice onto chicken and let simmer for a couple more minutes. You can add less or more dill seed depending on your taste. Serve on a bed of pasta. You can substitute whole grain rice for this also, depending on your preference.
