HEAT OIL ON LARGE SKILLET. COAT LIVER WITH FLOUR [MAY USE GLUTEN FREE FLOUR] BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. SLICE ONION AND ADD TO SKILLET. ADD WINE AND REDUCE HEAT. COVER AND COOK FOR ABOUT 20 MIN OR UNTIL ONIONS ARE COOKED AND WINE IS RDUCED.
