Crockpot Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
28 oz. Italian style diced tomatoes6 oz. tomato paste1 lb. ground beef3 cups beef broth1 tbsp. dried parsley1 tbsp. dried basil1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup V8 juice1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. salt2 cups uncooked shell pasta1 cup water
Directions
In a large slow cooker, combine all the ingredients except the pasta shells and water. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
30 minutes before soup is done, add the water and pasta. Stir. Cover and continue cooking for 30 more minutes or until pasta is done.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 servings 1 cup each
