2 cups of white ricenon stick pan coating spray1 pound beef round steak -cut into cubes1/4 cup chicken or beef brothmexican seasoning1 bell pepper cut into strips1 cup onion cut into strips2 roma style tomatoes cut into wedges1 can pinto beans
prepare rice according to directions.
apply non stick skillet with pan coating spray. add beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until almost completely cooked. add broth, seasoning and vegetables to meat and cook another 2-3 minutes or until vegatables are tender..heat pinto beans and serve with rice and picado.
