Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Celery, raw, 12 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, stripsWater chestnuts, .75 cup slices *Bean sprouts, 2 cup Carrots, raw, 2 medium Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped *Soy Sauce, 1 cup Corn Starch, .125 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cut up veggies and chicken into chunks.

Cook chicken. Add soy sauce for flavor. When chicken is done, put to the side and steam veggies in a Wok.

When veggies have softened. Take a cup or two of water in a small bowl and add a half cup of soy sauce. Add two tablespoons of corn starch and get lumps out. Add mixture with steamed veggies and chicken. It will thicken then. Serve on rice, with noodles, or just plain!

    Sounds great and healthy! It can also be turned into a vegetarian recipe by replacing the chicken with potatoes/sweet potato. Will definitely try this. - 4/11/08
