Garlic Parsley mashed potatoes

Ingredients
4 small red potatoes quartered6 yellow baby potatoes quartered1/4 c 2% milk2 T chobani plain yogurt1 t garlic powder1/2 c shredded cheddar1 pat butter1 T dried parsleySalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes til tender. Drain and put back in hot pan, let rest a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients (reserve part of the cheddar for the top) and use a hand blender to mash to desired consistency. Top with reserved cheese and put a lid on for 5 minutes to melt it.
