Ingredients
Add to blender in following order:8 oz (approx 1 cup) Almond Milk, Unsweetened1 Tbls (.33 serving) Whey Protein (Whey Factors)1/2 Banana (medium, fresh or frozen, peeled)1 cup Strawberries (unsweetened whole, fresh or frozen)1/2 cup Pineapple (diced, fresh or frozen)2 cups fresh Spinach (whole, washed)
Directions
Add to blender in following order:
Almond Milk
Whey Protein
Banana
Strawberries
Pineapple
Spinach

Blend until smooth. If using Vitamix with frozen fruit, may use Frozen Desserts Program.
