tart dough:Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 30 grams Plain white flour (UK), 30 g Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tsp pie fill:Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (Jams and preserves, sugar-free, 15 grams Prunes, dried, 40 grams optional
Mix all the ingrediences for the dough and wipe out on a piece of baking paper until you have a even layer. Place it into a tiny one person pie dish. Bake it at 200oc for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix the grated apple with lemon juice, cinnamon and jam. Pour the mixture into the prebaked pie shell and return it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve the pie with cold yoghurt.
