Crock Pot loaded baked Potato Soup

1 32 oz bag of frozen diced hash browns o'brien5 cups waterBeef or chicken bouillon cubes (optional)1 cup milk2 tbs flour2 tbs cheddar cheese spread2 cups shredded cheese (any flavor)1 cup Greek yogurt, plain1 package of bacon cooked in oven and diced to crumbles
Add hash browns and water to crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hrs. Mix milk and flour and add to potato mixture. Turn crock pot up to high for 20 min or so. Add cheese spread, yogurt, and shredded cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste. You can add the bacon to the crock pot or self serve sprinkled on top. I like to put a dollop of greek yogurt with the bacon pieces. Season to taste with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, bay leaf, ect.
