Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt2 tbsp fresh lemon juice3 garlic cloves, crushed2 tsp olive oil1 tbsp water1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cumin1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients until blended, but still a little chunky.


**Hummus keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
