Ingredients
1.75 lb chuck roast4 medium Potatoes1 Chopped Yellow Onion - medium3 cloves Garlic20 medium Baby Carrots 1c Red Wine1c Water8 oz sliced Mushrooms
Directions
Chop all the veggies and put them in the pot, carrots first, then potatoes, onions, mushrooms. cut meat into several large chunks and add that then add the wine and water. press the garlic on top of the meat and add salt and pepper taste. Cook on lo for 8 hours.
