2.5 cups of kale chopped1 Tbsp oilive oil1 medium onion9 oz chicken cubed3 med. potatoes3 cloves minced garlic1 can bush's chili beans with sauce3.5 cups chicken stock
chop potatoes and onions
cube chicken
add oil and nions and chicken in pan and brown
add chicken stock and remaining ingredients
bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour or until kale reduces
