UNJURY Oatmeal Banana Bars

• 1 Cup Bananas, raw, mashed• 2 Tablespoons Water, tap, drinking• 2 Tablespoons Peanut Flour• 2 Tablespoons Water, tap, drinking• 2/3 Cup UNJURY Vanilla (scoop or packet)• 1/3 Cup Oats, regular and quick and instant, not fortified, dry
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mash bananas in small bowl.
3. Stir in 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Set aside.
4. In separate bowl, measure 2 scoops of Vanilla UNJURY and 1/3 cup oats. Stir with fork.
5. Mix dry ingredients (UNJURY and oats) into banana and peanut butter mixture.
6. Add water and stir until well combined.
7. Coat 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
8. Pour batter into 8x8 baking dish.
9. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes
10. Allow to cool. Store bars in an air-tight container, or plastic wrap.
