Ingredients
mixed berries (I used frozen)- 1 cupbanana (I freeze mine)- 1 smallold fashioned oatmeal- 1/2 cupplain soymilk - 1 cupcinnamon- about 1 tspcayenne pepper- a small dashmolasses- about a tsp
Directions
use blender or food processor to chop up oatmeal first and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Serving Size: makes about 22-24 oz
