Round Steak Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb Beef, round steak,1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen, 6 Cup frozen hashbrowns 4oz Cream Cheese, Fat Free,1 canCream of Mushroom Soup ( fat free), 1/4 to 1/2 cup water1.5 1tsp Olive Oil,salt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown beef steak in 1/2 the olive oil and put in bottom on casserole add onions and peas and cook just until peas are thawed and put on top of beef. Add remaining oil to skillet and cook hash browns until hot, place ontop of peas and onions. Put soup and cream cheese and water in skillet. cook until chream cheese melted. Pour on top of casserole cover and bake covered 45 Min.
I salt and pepper the steak and hashbrownsas I am browning them. Salt not added to sodium content.
