Silky Nog Chip Delights

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup packed 50/50 Splenda brown sugar blend1/4 tsp. salt8 oz. chickpeas1/4 Silk Soynog2 tsp. honey1 egg3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract6 oz. dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put chickpeas and Silk Soynog in a blender and puree until smooth. Combine all the other ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and add in you nog/pea puree. Mix all together well.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Form your dough into one inch balls and flatten onto your baking sheet. Place your cookies about two inches apart.
Bake for 10-14 minutes until cookies are slightly brown. Remove from oven and cool on a cookie rack.
